How the Glitch Stole Christmas:

I don't know if this is going to present a major issue for anyone else but I just had an ebay sale go through with no notice whatsoever from paypal that it had been paid. This was about 45 minutes ago. Either this is a delay, or a bug, and you know HOW MUCH WE ALL LOVE GLITCHES in the eleventh hour of shipping deadlines for Holiday Delivery.

So, you know, keep your eyes on your Sales Managers Awaiting Shipment column.

.... And the tracking does not automatically carry over from paypal to ebay the way it should, neither does an email come stating You Have Purchased a Postage Label from Canada Post.....

yes i have been having lots of issues similar to yours,the tracking does not always show up on ebay,really have to watch that one,sometimes it doesnt show that someone has paid when they have,printing shipping labels has been a real stressful pain in the butt,although that little glitch seems to work for now,mabey after 20 or so phone calls might have helped.,i cant print a shipping label from paypal via ebay,i have to go to paypal site for that,seems like all the trouble started when ebay and paypal went there own ways

It did start when the companies parted ways. It was truly awful for a few weeks and the righted itself. Last night was the first time in a long time it got weird again. The notice of payment (and associated shipping label messages) showed up two hours later. On a Sunday night, for me, two hours isn't exactly critical but on a weekday, it is. I do same-day dispatch so 11:50 am is different than 12:10 pm. I could have a defect if I wasn't made aware an item was paid in the morning when it really was.
