Replying to feedback comments

Hey, I don't know if I'm just missing it totally, but how to you reply to a feedback that has been left for you?

Some bonehead left me feedback ONE DAY after I sent his item. I'm in Canada, he is in the USA. How did a package get from my door to his in 1 day, through standard air mail? I know he's lieing, for some reason or another, and I'd like to reply to his feedback.

At least it was positive feedback he left I'm assuming right? Better than bad or no feedback at all! 🙂

No, he left neutral. I'm glad that it was neutral at least, and not negative. But it still seems very strange that he would leave such false comments less than 24 hours after I told him the item had been shipped.
