Resolution Center - ripped off

I purchased an item and it was supposedly backordered.  So I agreed to wait, its been more than 45 days and now they wont answer my e-mails.  Is the resolution center not an option at this point?

No, neither Paypal nor eBay will mediate after 45 days from purchase.

If you backed your PP payment with a credit card, you should go to the 1-800 number and ask about a chargeback. Have all your information about values, dates, transaction numbers etc. handy to help the customer service clerk.

Credit cards also have deadlines, so do this immediately.

If you want to drop me an email with the important details of the transaction - ie, item number, we can have the Customer Support team review the situation to see if anything can be done.
