As I add auctions my traffic is raising and yet the sales are getting lower, I attribute it to all store listings going into core. Yesterday was the worst so far. Some people report eBay "hiding" items due to too many items in the core but most of these claims come from people with low sales who may just experience normal fluctuations. I searched my items through proxy (i.e. eBay did not know it was me looking) and they were still showing.
If anyone seen the "hiding", let us know. In my opinion if Google can index trillions of sites without problems, why should eBay have problems indexing tens of millions.
With store listings going into core, it may be good idea to spread them evenly during 30 days because Fixed Price items get Best Match boost when newest (while auctions get boost when ending). I currently have all my store listings renew in 1-2 days, which is not exactly the best for even sales.

In core search...it's swamped!
I wonder if they are leaving that link for a bit to make sure that they have everything in core and do not leave anyone out.

You guys were right - all store inventory listings (even those listed yesterday at a lower fee) appear today in the core search.
For some reason my formerly store items only show in core of eBay.ca but not on eBay.com
Also the store items I listed under my US based eBay ID are not showing in the core yet.

Interesting. I did a search for Jolee's Teacher to see if that particular item showed in core or not. It does AND it also shows in See Additional Items from eBay stores. I did a search for several more items and the same thing is showing in both places. So, right now....perhaps store people are getting double exposure.

My store items seem to be showing in core on both sites, even the ones I listed yesterday. It's probably just taking them time to get everything sorted out.

Yes, it's in core on both sites and also listed in the store section again as well.

Susan, try "100ma voltage regulator". I get 75 items, my items are not there. When I click "See additional items from eBay Stores", I get 191 items with my items on 4th and 5th position.
I am hoping they index all items soon and this is actually what I meant when I said that store items will not come to core by flip of the switch.

It's done, I am also in the core now.

I looked on .com and your item in Best Match starts in the #2 position and then you flood the first page for sure! Way to go, dipmicro!

Thanks Susan, it comes at a price too. Out of all my listings only 500 are really moving and my eBay fees are probably higher than many other sellers due to lot of listing fees. I list my auctions mostly at 3 days, even used to have 1-day auctions, but they only work well for "highly desirable" items. 3-day works just finet. In January I listed 1600 auctions, in February 1650 auctions during first 3 weeks (I finally paid off my lingering LOC debt in February, but I stopped the last week to take a breath). Hence the flood.
My niche is so competitive that you have to flood. Every Hong-Kong student thinks they can make spare change on eBay with zero sense on pricing and labour cost. They eventually die out but it's tough.
