Scam or else ?

How does a buyer with 0 purchase history on ebay is allowed to bid on items and is always outbeating my bids ?  Is this a scam or what ?

I feel cheated here...And think it is a bogus account !

Read your question over. Think about it. Laugh to yourself.

If everybody had the same mentality as you, there would be no ebay. You had 0 feedback at one time, so did I. When you outbid somebody, were you trying to scam them?

Does this bidder have a 100% bidding history with the same seller? Does he bid on other items according to his bid history?
