I sold a couple of items to a buyer with 700+ feedback, a month later he told me items didn't arrive so I refunded him in full. A month later I realize that he DID leave me feedback for one of the items telling me that it's exactly how it's described. Message below:
This is a copy of the message I sent the buyer, I'm filing this claim so that eBay is aware of what's going on. Please do not take this personally.
"Hi XXX, I just realized something, so please correct me if I'm wrong:
On 13th of May you purchased (item link 1) and (item link 2)
On 15th of May I shipped the items together.
On 22nd of May you left me +ve feedback on 22nd of May saying "Got exactly what I ordered".
On 2nd of June you contacted me saying that you didn't get the cards, although you did leave me feedback already. I refunded you in full for both items.
Could you please explain how you left me feedback then said they didn't arrive?"
I'm still waiting for his response but could anyone tell me if eBay or Paypal will be on my side? At least for the one item he left feedback for?
