Seller has repeatedly lied about refunding my purchase.

I have been waiting months now (beyond the 45 day limit of eBay) for the seller of item 300814977848.  She had repeatedly sent me response email stating that the funds will be placed into my Pay Pal account.  As of today, there is no refund from this seller  I am more than fed up with the bs associated with this purchase and my request for a refund.  I have no idea where I get help with this now.

No chance of getting any help from ebay or paypal as your well over the 45 day limit.

 

If you paid by credit card there is a slim chance of doing a chargeback by calling the

1-800 number on the back of your card.

 

But that is a slim chance as credit card copanies also have time limits and policies.

In future, be aware that making a refund is a 10 second process for a seller. The buyer should see an email advice of the refund within an hour, although the refund itself may take more time for PP to process it.
If you don't get that email within 24 hours, start a Dispute in the Resolution Centre. Be aware that if the problem is Item Not As Described, you will have to prove that you have returned the item to the seller. This can be expensive.
