i went through this awhile ago you need to contact canada post so they can check things out, apparently if the package is to big for their compartment they will leave a key for the recipient,in my case my customer finally got his parcel from a neighbour cause they canada post put it into the wrong box,you will have to get your customers email and phone no and give it to canada post and they will contack them, its really painfull but thats all you can do,if it says delivered then it was,but to where?is his address rite?on the shipping label, like did he move?as far as giving the money back, not sure how that part works,as the tracking says delivered,

The short answer is that since the parcel is marked delivered, you are not responsible.

However, as a good seller, follow aubreyclay's advice and try to help your unhappy customer find a resolution on his own. At the very least, the customer should visit the Postmaster at the local Post Office (not postal outlet) and discuss the problem.

The PM needs to know if there have been problems on a route. This may be the fault of the postie (or a temp over the holidays rush) or there may be a theft problem. The PM is the place for the customer (not you) to start.
