Shipping Calculator on my Listings

I called eBay support last week, but was given the runaround. Every item I put for sale shows up in the search with "Shipping not specified". I've created 5 different shipping policies, all with different services. The most recent policy I created includes every option for shipping possible, yet it still shows as not specified on my ads.

 

I've entered the correct dimensions for the packages being used. I've made sure to include all the information I can to make this work. I'm now experiencing negative experiences from this issue. One item I sold has not been paid for, the buyer claims he wasn't able to complete the transaction after I sent 3 invoices. Also none of my items are selling, and I'm consistently re-listing them. I can only assume it's due to the shipping.

 

I've put a note in all my listings in regards to shipping, but I don't think this will work. Can someone please help me out? Is there something I've been doing wrong for months now, or is there an underlying issue? I need more than just 'it's a design issue being worked on' from 'ebay support'. My items are the only ones I can find without shipping information.

Shipping Calculator on my Listings

Apparently this is a known glitch and eBayCanada is working on it. I believe it was talked about in the conversation with eBay staff last week.
