Shipping fees

Hello, I ask a seller for combine shipping fees for 3 items before I bid. 2 times to be clear on the amount. Now that I bought all 3. The seller is charging me more then quoted. I send 3 messages for correction of amount before I pay and seller does not respond. What should I do? Thank you for your help

Shipping fees

It is very Possible that is was cheaper to ship Individually then it was to combine shipping ....

If you purchase items being told you would pay a certain price then the seller should honor it but doesn't have to...

If you purchased it thinking it would be cheaper without clarifying it then pay up ..

Combined shipping does not mean cheaper so always clarify with seller...

I gave this example to someone earlier ... if you buy 3 DVDs off me it is roughly $5 if you want me to combine them and ship together I have to upgrade shipping method and that almost doubles the cost ....

Hello 'hopefulbidder',

You say you asked quite specifically in advance, is that right?  Because there is not much you can do otherwise.  So if you quite distinctly inquired what it would cost to mail A,B and C to your province, and the seller firmly assured you it would cost $XX for the three items, then what I would suggest is that you find the ebay message in which he said this.  From that message, - if after a day or two he still has not replied, - you then send a polite and gentle reminder that you have purchased all 3 items and would he be able to send you an invoice with the corrected shipping when he has a spare few seconds.  Be as delightfully pleasant as you can, after all, he hasn't filed an Unpaid against you and something may have come up in his life such that combined shipping for you is no longer a priority.  I'd say give him the benefit of the doubt, - but sellers like to be paid, so I'm sure he will get back to you very soon.
