Seems to me it's not fair at all, according to my DASHBOARD I am a Top Rated
Seller, However the Reward Ribbon does not Display on my Listing , eBay.com or eBay.ca
Seems to me it's not Fair Playing Field at all.
Perhaps us Canadians are a Different bread & only enjoy Duck Tape...
Have a Nice Day 🙂

Nope...you are right...and when you click on the Ribbon just under Seller Performance in the Seller Dashboard Summary is shows you as a TRS?
If you can't figure it out then contact Ebay. TRS program is not for USA only but is only based on USA feedback.

When it starts here there will be two systems, sellers who list on .ca will be rated on ALL dsr's, sellers who list on .com will be rated on US transactions.
By the way, as of a few days ago if you change your registration to business from personal you can be TRS in Germany or the UK if you meet the other qualifications (minimum 100 transactions primarily).

I'm a bit confused on some of the TRS info but the impression that I got from Kalvin @ ebay is that the TRS discounts start in April on .ca but there will not be a visible TRS presence here

CA technically doesn't have a TRS program right now and I don't have an ETA on when it will be available. No badging, no impact on Best Match, etc...
That said, there is a discount and, just as you said, it's based off of global sales.

Assuming that I qualify as a powerseller already, this is how I understand discounts will work....does this sound right?
All of the DSR ratings that I receive on .ca will determine if I qualify as a TRS on that site. If I do, I will receive a discount on all fvf for items sold that were listed on .ca
Only the DSR ratings that I receive from U.S. buyers will be taken into account when determining if I qualify for a TRS discount. If I do qualify, I will receive a discount all fvf for items sold that were listed on .com

For listings on .ca the TRS qualification includes ALL dsr's from ALL buyers
For listings on .com only the US transactions are counted.
Your listings made on .com & .ca can show the TRS badge on .de, ,ie & .uk IF you qualify based on the local requirements.
I don't know what happens to the discounts if you place listings directly on a site other than .com or .ca.

Recently upgraded to Premier store..
There is an option in Traffic Reports
Visitor profile... Languages.
This shows where your visitors come from.
At first this was confusing as I was getting 70 % and higher visitors from the English US and only about 15 % to 20 % from English Canada
It is my assumption that English US means eBay.com while English Canada means eBay.ca
My sales have been 50 % to Canadian buyers, about 30 % to US buyers and the remainder to elsewhere...
My conclusion is that Canadian visitors are accessing my listings through eBay.com.... The only way to explain the high English US visitor percentage
eBay.com is where the TRS icon shows and eBay.com is where about 70 % of potential buyers do their shopping and that includes Canadians...
TRS standing on eBay.com with a raised standing for all listings, appears to be valuable for Canadian sellers because many Canadian shoppers visit eBay.com as opposed to eBay.ca.
