Was this a purchase that was supposed to have tracking?
A lot of sales on eBay do not ship with online tracking.
Most important: Do not worry.
If the item does not arrive in the given delivery time frame you can open an Item-Not-Received (INR) on eBay and get your money back.
Tracking is to protect the seller. It's useful to have as a buyer, but is not essential.

Hello 'ramezmozza',
You don't say where the item was purchased (from what country) nor how much you paid for shipping. If you bought an inexpensive item with comparatively low cost (or "free" included shipping) it is not likely to have a tracking number.
It will still arrive. Modern postal systems are amazingly efficient.
Tracking can be very useful, particularly if you need to arrange for someone to be home, if a signature may be required, or for people who are handicapped or elderly and need to know when to be 'by the door', but items sent low-cost will not have it. It is never necessary for the items to arrive. It is merely handy.
If you bought it from a Canadian seller, - it could take as long as 2 weeks to arrive but will usually arrive in less. If you send and receive much mail you will know how slow Canada Post is. However, they never lose anything, - CP is extremely reliable.
If the item comes from the US, it may take 3 weeks, although I have often waited 6 weeks for a book or dvd to come up from the US.
Items from Europe and the UK come surprisingly fast, for some reason, -- sometimes in only a week. Not always, however, as I once waited 47 days for a dvd from France. It must have got on a slow boat by mistake.
And if you ordered it from China, it will take at least a month. The dog poop bags I last ordered took 51 days to arrive.
On ebay you have up to 30 days past the last expected delivery date to file a claim if the item does not show up. Here is the link that will tell you more about how to handle any problems:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/buy/item-not-received.html
Don't wait indefinitely and don't ever accept seller delays or promises of replacements. Just mind the calendar and never let the deadlines pass by.
For now, sit back and wait for your item to arrive at your door.

Has your estimated delivery time passed?
If not, don't worry. If it has, by how much? You've 30 days to open an Item Not Received case on ebay if it comes to that. Up to 180 on paypal.
Are you absolutely sending the message to your seller via ebay Messages? You have to be logged into your account to do that. Replying to any of the system-generated emails won't get the message to your seller.
