Ok I found my coupon and went to the eBay.ca store. I purchased some grossly overpriced envelopes for $62.92. I applied my coupon and the total went to zero. It then insists I pick a payment method so I select paypal and then it says

"We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method, or check your payment details."

What is going on?

Same thing is happening to me, I could not be bother to call eBay CS, my time is worth more than that.

I called them...solution...go to the eBay Australia site, use the coupon and make the $0.00 paypal pament!

It worked.

The supplies are over priced but since I have the coupon anyway I might as well use it.

Well that sound about right for this backwards site. E-Commerce is just sooooo simple here. I wish my whole life ran as well as eBay.

Only store owners paying eBay a monthly fee get the coupon.

I was on the phone for an hour and a half with them and 4 different agents, BRUTAL!

finally got them to issue me a new code as the one I had on my store disappeared and I had to use ebay.ie to pay for my order after they had me try on a few various browsers etc.

BRTUAL experience all around. Not to mention I wont use the supplies but not letting the 105CA coupon go to waste. On a side not one of the 4 agents I talked to wanted to just issue me a new coupon in the next 24 to 48 hrs and I told him no pass me to a supervisor thanks since I was on the phone for a hour at that point
