Turbo lister problems

Unable to upload any items due to Error: The system can not find the file specified. Previous had Error: Category 216 uanble to support item specifics. Have removed old Turbo Listed and installed newest update, no difference. Have sent 2 prior emails in regards to problem still waiting for reponse!! Now Turbo Lister won't let me send emails, say unable to access eBay, help please.............

I also have the same problem. Turbo Lister won't let me do an update or import any files from ebay listing. It just comes up immediately with the error 'The system cannot find the specified file' It's as if the program isn't even trying to access the internet because the error is immediate. Any ideas?

You need to uncheck 'Work offline' from Internet explorer.
