What to do if you bought itrms and seller does not reply to emails

Bought 5 items and seller states in his listings to request invoice for multiple purchases.

He has been a seller since 1999, 100% positive, and a top rated seller.

I requested an invoice and no response. I sent an email and no response, I send a 2nd email and no response.

He has not listed anything since middle of May.

I tried to pull contact information so I could call him, but since I have not paid yet, Ebay will not allow it.

Any suggestions what else can be done. as I would like to get this transaction finalized so I know I don't have to get the items from another seller.
