Where/How to file the fraud in Canada

I got chargeback from canada buyer, anyone can help me, where can I file this fraund to police or FBI?

FBI? We're not part of the USA yet.

Also try to contact the credit card company fraud department if you happen to know which credit card the buyer used.

Have you been able to find out were to report? I have recently been hit by a chargeback too, buyer even left me positive feedback but now claims 'unauthoried use of Paypal account' imagine that.
