Where are my ebay bucks?

Where are my ebay bucks.  It is April 1, 2013 and I have almost $16 in ebay bucks.  I have a purse to pay for and was going to use it towards the cost of the purse.  Please let me know why they have disappeared from my account, I need to pay ASAP for my item.

We will issue your final Certificate in early April, and it will expire after 30 days.

I'm assuming you mean you earned almost $16 in eBay Bucks over the past quarter (Jan1 - Mar31).  You now have to wait until you are issued the certificate.  This will be done by email and the value is usually automatically entered into your PayPal account. 

This does not happen immediately - it will take several days after the end of the collection segment.

NOTE - the eBay Bucks program is being terminated for Canadians.  The last day to collect any eBay Buck points was yesterday - Mar.31.

"You will receive your final Certificate within 15 days after the end of the quarter. As always, you'll have 30 days to redeem your Certificate."

I checked my Page - it says "Your certificate for the last earn period will be ready on 03/04/2013."  So, it may be soon.  Or not.  😉
