Where do we go for buyers to talk to each and ask questions on a product sold here on eBay?

Is there a forum for the buyer to ask questions on product here on eBay? Most places have a place where you can get other people opinions on products they have bought. I would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction. TIA

You cannot name particular sellers though.
