Why can't I click on NO I have not received payment to close case .

I am trying to close a case but it will not let me click on NO I have not received payment. I only have 2 days left to do it.

I think you're mistaking the 2 days left to click NO for two days left until you are allowed to click on NO, verifying payent wasn't received. I believe buyers have four days after UIA is opened, once the four days are up, then you can click on NO.
