Normally, I'd say it was one of eBay's automatic reminder messages, BUT when the message has spelling and grammar errors I'd say it's a fake. Recommend sending the email with headers to spoof@ebay.com and/or spoof@paypal.com

Yep,  if you cut and pasted that message, it's a fake!

 

Send it to spoof@ebay.com and spoof@paypal.com.
