Hi, Does anyone Know, Didnt Ebay Used to Verify/ Confirm Buyers addresses as part of setting up account?
Lately new Buyers dont completely fill out their address info, I have items returned, buyer will advise me
"apartment # was missing". Missing because never input by Buyer! Then they expect me to re-send for Free!
This week I have a new buyer who couldnt even bother to put her Street!! Just a house # and the town, have written
3x without response, Buyer paid for item, but I cant send out to half an address, If I cancel & refund, black mark "defect"
on me. SOOOO much Lost Time & Money for Sellers!!!!! Any info? Help? Thanks
