Hello 'lefty_2',
You yourself cannot simply change feedback you left for someone. You cannot change a positive
at all, and a seller must send you a Feedback revision request so you can redo it.
That means you have to contact the seller and explain your honourable intentions.
Have a gander at the following link which tells you everything you could ever need to know about
Feedback:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/policies/feedback-ov.html
Note where it says, I want to change the Feedback I left for someone else.
Sometimes, if it is too late to change it (after 60 days) for example, you can add a comment to the
feedback you have already left, or that which has been left for you.
Notice in the link over on the right under Shortcuts where it says, "Reply to Feedback received", and
"Follow up to Feedback left for others".
It is wise of you to want to change those negatives you left, particularly at this stage. You have a very
low feedback score, and with only 4 outgoing ratings, 2 of which were negatives, -- you may find few
sellers will accept your bids. After all, it would appear you leave negatives half the time.
Best of luck with that.

Firstly, let me say thank-you on behalf of all sellers for following-up with a transaction that initially left you unsatisfied to report that your opinion of the experience had changed. It is nice to see that things have moved in the right direction. That is, assuming you want to change a negative to a positive and not merely alter the text on the negative feedback you left. (I don't know if that qualifies for revision.)
Secondly, contact your seller to request that they send you a formal Feedback Revision Request. The seller for whom you left those negatives will know what you want to do and take it from there. If, for whatever reason, after a day or two, no Feedback Revision Request is forthcoming from your seller, you can always leave a follow-up to they feedback as it presently exists. Go to the Feedback Forum link to do so.
Thirdly, if you have already received that Feedback Revision Request and can't seem to do anything with it, move from your mobile device to a desktop computer. At one point, Feedback revision actions did NOT work from any mobile browser and I honestly don't know if that was ever addressed. You may simply be having technical issues. Write back if you need better or more specific advice.
