best business practices shipping

I list with Turbo-lister, and use selling manager pro to manage my listing.  Awhile ago the best business practices suggested using "shipping policies"-

I started the process, and used it a bit.  Realized that it wasn't for me, and deleted it from turbo-lister.  My problem is that the shipping policies are still in the eBay system, so that when I try to relist an item, or just otherwise edit the item, I can not change the shipping prices without using what has become a huge long list of polices that are just crazy.  I would like to eliminate all the shipping policies all together - is there any way to do that?

Instead of Relist, use Sell Similar.

Then manually, because into each life a little rain must fall, remove the offending copy.

I tried that Femm no go, at least within the turbo program, any other suggestions would be amazing. There are probably 100 different shipping options to choose from and they are all garbage! Even if I choose one of them, I can not edit that either. So very frustrating...............

I got it, I got it......... you can "opt out", of the shipping policy, oh mann, cause every time I listed "similar", or just relisting, the shipping policy reverted to "default". Shipping drink glasses free, man, oh man, I am so happy.
OPT OUT!!!!
