It said something like a "paperwork" fee. And yes, you can add shipping and handling to the cost of the item, so I would imagine this "paperwork" fee would fall under the 'handling' category. At least you noticed it in the listing. But you wouldn't buy a $50,000 car being sold "as is" without going to see it, test it, and find out everything you can about the transaction before buying it, would you?
