Yes when you click through airmileshops.  Usually not worth the bother at 1 per $20...but it sure is right now

You can also get AirMiles if your payments are made using a BMO MasterCard with AirMiles.

Air Miles has specials on from time to time where they offer multiple points on a purchase. One of their latest offers was 25 times the base points on one purchase. So if someone spent $100 CDN, they'd get 125 points (5 + 120). If you get their e-mails, look and see when those offers come up.
