I have decided to close my eBay Trading Assistant retail store in Norland, Ontario due to many, many eBay flaws and frustrations. I have made this announcement public on my website which I have spent thousands of dollars over the years promoting.

This has been a hard decision to make, but I feel it is best considering the amount of money I have been making eBay and the lack of respect this company has shown me over the years. My full story is at http://www.eBayTradingAssistant.org I am leaving my account active on eBay until such time that I have sold off the last of any stock that I have.

Good luck everyone!!!

Good Luck Sean, I hope though, that you will check back from time to time, because there will be a time in the future, when the present management is replaced.

The damage done since January, is not limited to our pockets only. The poor management team installed in January have lost investors quite a bit of their cash too.

Eventually, Ebay can, and has to return to a place where the sellers, the customers, that built this business matter again.

The only other option is for them to watch us leave one great seller at a time, until there is nothing interesting or unique left to buy on Ebay. Which in turn will lead to the closing announcement of Ebay.

I believe, they will sack those responsible for our present troubles and it will turn around. That is why, even though presently 95% of my income comes from off Ebay sources, I keep a small hand in, to be around when the house cleaning comes.

I see a day, when a commitee of sellers is formed, and consulted by Ebay before it makes any decisions. After all, without us, Ebay is nothing, plain and simple.

Thanks for letting us know how you are doing, and I hope your off-Ebay life goes well for you. Here's hoping we will meet in an Ebay chat again someday, in the Post-Insanity period.

And now, off to see where I'll be this week, looking for stuff to consign to a live auction House in Brampton, Ontario. So far this year we've sold in 7 auctions in Stratford and 2 in Brampton. Over 1500 items, that did not get listed on Ebay. Sorry Ebay, about those lost Final Value Fees, Really Sorry!!
