ebay history missing why and how to fix find it?

I bought a windows7 copy turns out it's not legit after 6 months.

I would like to get my money back or have the guy charged. My ebay history disappeared  so I have no record of the transaction.

Off subject for a bit.

When I first went on to setup the sale, all my history was

there dating back years. Hmmmmm weird huh

Hi .. How long ago.. over 60 days should be in your purchase history archived. Ebay can do nothing after 45 days and  for leaving feedback 60 days.

Its also possible ebay removed the item. Can see some information in details of your payment in PayPal history.

I have already tried Paypal got nothing there the same as with Ebay.

Still think it's weird that when I setup the Windows 7 transaction my Archive was there and then it was gone when I needed it.
