hello I have a problem with a purchase I did at the end of october

I have a problem with the item I purchase at the end of  October 2014 and I cant find it no more in myebay but I know the item is still under warranty for one year. The table doesn't  want to keep is charge we charge it all night or all day and when we go to use it it's always telling us battery dead, this really suck.

I know its not the charger the problem because I got a new charger maybe 2 months ago from u guys and now it seam there r always a problem with this tablet, cant you guys please do something about this????

This probably will not ever end up in  the hands of the seller...

You can send your seller an email directly via two different manners......

Through finding another listing from the same seller and hitting the question button. 

Or through your paypal transaction information which will have their paypal registered email address.

Or finding the original confirmation ebay email in your email box and using the contact seller link in that email.

But please keep in mind that a year warranty is usually from the manufacturer and a) your purchase having taken place on ebay may not be covered.  Or two you may have to send the product too their repair/distribution centre and wait for the repaired or replaced model.  I would contact the manufacturer through their customer support number and they can tell you what too do.

This is a member to member board. Your seller is not eBay but a person or company which uses the site for advertising products.

Most warranties are from the manufacturer, not the retailer.

Contact the manufacturer.

However, one reason items are cheap on eBay is that they are not always sold by an authorized retailer and the manufacturer will not stand behind the warranty because they cannot follow the supply train.

Look in your Paypal account. Those go on forever and the seller's email address will be there.
