how can be sure about invoice

I want buy a car. An invoice sent to my email how can i be sure that, the invoice is sent by ebay?

Hi nima.. If you found the car ad on any other site like Kijiji , Craigslist, Autotrader etc and are being told that the deal will be put through eBay, it is a SCAM and there is no car.

Ebay does not have agents or hold money while you inspect the car etc. Emails looking like eBay would be fake.

Never use Western Union/Moneymart to wire money to a stranger.

Would cease communication and report the ad to the site where found.

PS.. click on Automotive above to browse cars on eBay. On left side can set view for Canada only. Should find a car that is close enough that you, or someone on your behalf, can inspect before paying.

If you did not find the car on ebay then you were not sent anything from ebay or a legitimate ebay seller.

Do not. I repeat....DO NOT communicate any further with the crook who is trying to steal your money.

By the way, the car does not exist. It's a common scam. Some of the scams used to take place on ebay but when ebay implemented tighter restrictions, the scammers started listing on other sites but claiming the transaction would be completed on ebay (because has a reputation).

When was the last time you went to the grocery store and the cashier told you complete the transaction at their competitors store? Never? Well, ebay and those other sites are competitors so you will never start a transaction on one site and complete it on another. It just doesn't happen.
