how do i cancel a bid a buyer put on my listing. she won this item and did not pay or contact me. was relisted after 3 long weeks

If not do one now.

By the way, you only have 32 days to start an Unpaid Item Dispute.

While sellers cannot leave negative feedback for buyers, we can add a Response to any fb left. The most effective Responses are calm and factual.
