how do i return something i bought

i had bought a dvd thinking it was brand new and a real dvd but it is a copy,i played it  and it has lots of problems with it.when i bought it i was not told that someone had copied it.the seller is pianoclassical and on  this particular product he says it is brand new  and never been opened.i want to return it because it is a rip -off.why do ebay let people sell  bad copies.charlie webb

contact seller,if he wont give you a refund,file a not as described claim.

Now that we can no longer see what a buyer has bought, we can't verify what the listing said. I believe it said new like you said but we like to look at the listing ourselves. Sometimes we can give additional information based on seeing the listing.
