How do i stop the monthly auto billing ? I have deleted what I was selling

Are you signed up for an eBay store subscription?

According to eBay help:

If you want to close your Store:
1. Go to My eBay.
2. Place your pointer over the Account tab, and then click Subscriptions.
3. Under Active Subscriptions, find your Store and click the Cancel Subscription link.
4. If you have bundled subscriptions with your eBay Store (for example, Selling Manager or another selling tool), select the appropriate check box to specify whether you want to keep the subscriptions at the new monthly fee or unsubscribe.
5. If you're sure you want to close your Store, click the Close store button.

Pay the bill?  Remember there can be a lag of up to 30 days between your last sale and eBay's last payment demand.
