How do I add a counter to my item, it used to be an option right on the page, but now I cannot find it. Also since I was Forced by ebay to list shipping on the auction form, it offered me only domestic(Canada) and internatiuonal rates. They forgot the biggest market (U.S.). Atleast that is how I see it. Does this mean that the U.S. customers will be charged the international rate, or do they get to fill in the shipping rate themselves which is listed on the item page??

The counter is added on the Sell Your Item form under Listing Designer.

For US shipping:

Click on Add or Remove options

Click on Metric measurements

Click on International Shipping

Click on Choose Custom Location

Click on United States

Click on Will Ship to Canada and the following. Do NOT click on N. or S. America. Click on USA.

The metric measurements is because Canada Post went metric in 1974 and any other measurements will be approximations. There is also a tiny glitch between some CP dimensions and the USPS dimensions for similar parcels. Be sure to check that a price is showing up for your US shipping and handling by reading your new listing when it is listed.
