i use maxthon browser problem with seeing items

i use maxthon and when i try to see a item it says Unfortunately, access to this particular item has been blocked due to legal restrictions in some countries why? and do i fix it ?

I'm not familiar with that browser and don't know if the browser itself could cause that problem. I do know that some users who were using the French version of ebay have seen that notice. This was because some items aren't allowed to be shown in Europe and for some reason the search engine 'assumes' that someone using the French browser is in France.
