negative feedback?

Last week, I bought a starbucks gift card at a buy it now price. I paid for the item and a few hours later, the seller told me that they wanted to cancel the transaction since they listed at the wrong price.

I thought that wasn't a very professional thing to do and wasn't happy about it. Still, I don't think the seller will send me the item since they insist that they will cancel the transaction. They didn't ask me for my opinion or anything like that, they just said they wanted to cancel the transaction.

So, I message the seller back saying that I agree to cancel the transaction, but they will need to refund me.

Now it's close to 1 week since I bought the item, they seller relisted it, but they never cancelled the transaction or gave me a refund.

Also, they never responded to my messages.

Should I leave the seller negative feedback?

Thanks!

negative feedback?

NO!!

You should go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Received dispute.

The first step is Contact Seller , but you have already done that, so go directly to opening a Claim.

If the seller cannot prove Delivery of the card, he will be forced to refund you in full.

The process may take a few days, because he is allowed time to respond.

Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement or of reshipment. You want money.

You have 60 days to leave feedback. Leaving negative feedback while you are negotiating with a seller is an excellent way to make sure he will not cooperate in any way.
