no respoce from buyer

A seller has requested transaction to be canceled.I did cancel it an the case is open  waiting for sellers responce but seller does not respond to close the case.What can Ido?

Hi Jim.. Buyer has 7 days to respond from opening. If not , on day 9, 10 close in resolution center and eBay will credit fee in a week or so.

If buyer has not responded after 7 days, you can end it yourself and get your fees back.  Here is the link to tell you all about it, - see Section 2:

Are you the buyer or the seller?

In either case, if the buyer does not respond to the Mutual Cancellation it will close automatically, eventually, and both parties can leave feedback. The buyer can also leave Detailed Seller Ratings, so don't annoy him.

The seller can only leave positive feedback, so that is less important.
