Unable to reset my password or access my other account since the announcement. It keeps looping me when I try to reset, with a "technical difficulties" message. Impossible to check for unauthorized activity, or to contact customer support. The problem persists from one computer to the next.

I had the same problem. I finally found a phone number to call 866-278-1053

Be patient, took 21 minutes before I could talk to a PERSON.....

Took 2 minutes to solved the problem.....didn't really get the reasons why..

But she said that the link Ebay.ca was the rpblem.

Remember that you have to call to get this situation resolved.
