Yesterday I bought the mobile phone, the information the seller has disappeared, no longer appears in my order, how can I do?

Hi.. Not showing in your history. Can search the item # from eBay won email or "details" of payment , if paid. Comes up 0 , eBay has removed for a violation.

If not paid , don't. No obligation to do so.

If paid , go to resolution center in your PP account and open an item not received dispute. State eBay has removed the item. Escalate to a claim as soon as PP will allow and PP will refund payment.

PayPal is usually very quick when it comes to refunding the buyer when eBay removes a listing. If the seller contacts you after you open the dispute and promises to refund you if you lose the dispute,don't listen. The seller knows quite well that if he can get you to close the dispute before receiving the refund from PayPal,he can ignore all requests for a refund because you can't re-open a dispute once it has been closed for any reason.
