us buyers not seeing rate for small packets air

My USA buyers are not able to get the shipping rate for Small packets USA - AIR. I am a Canadian seller and Exped. rate works fine but not small packets.

Give a couple of listing numbers where Small Packets is used but not working. What are the dimensions and weight you entered.

First thing to check is the dimensions min and max rules for Small Packet.

Min: 14 x 9 x 0.1 cm

Max: length of one side <= 60 cm, total L+W+H <= 90 cm.

Maximum weight is 1 kg.
