is there a time limit in which they can file a problem? if they dont will ebay give you a positive sell in this instance?

They have 45 days to file a claim with paypal and 60 days to leave feedback.

If no feedback is left ebay does not give you a positive sell that can be seen by others.

It will be on your ebay record as a positive sell but nobody else can see it.

It may help if you were to leave Positive feedback as soon as you

receive payment and notify the buyer that his item has been sent out.

1. Never ship items without delivery confirmation.

2. Let sleeping dogs lie. In other words, if the buyer hasn't said anything, do not ask if the item was received.

3. If you do number 1, you will not have to worry about number 2.
