why can you say anything in your feedback with the mention of ebay even if it is not negative

I  am new to the eBay board and I made mention in my feedback about eBay that was not negative and it was remove. Why?  we are positive at all times. Being negative doesn't get you anywhere.

It is impossible to offer a comment without having more information.

Positive feedback with negative implication is often removed (it is called "false positive").  Or the comment may have included information not allowed in feedback (such as having made a claim with eBay or PayPal).  Or...or...

My comment was the system failed both of us!!!! that was a honest opinion and it was removed. I am not a negative person...If I was I would not walk or talk again moreover going back to university after my severe  and devastating injuries in the SARS outbreak. I use a service dog!!  for my day-to da

y survival  and you have to say what you mean.....and mean what you say... else that dog will JUST TRAMPLE right over you and your bad days..... I was bullied severely after becoming disabled and making negative statements is not my style.... Being unkind to others donesn't get you anywhere!!!! The HIGH...... only last for a few minutes while the person is damage for a life time.

Hmmm?  I think eBay is starting to allow sellers to leave negative comments in positives.  One of my friends (buyer) in Canada received a negative comment in her positive and she called eBay about it and they said they cannot remove it as it is an "opinion" by the seller!!  I start to wonder if eBay is changing in that area and allow it??  Wouldn't be surprise!

maybe there are double standards in my case. The system did not work for me or the seller. Therefore my honest opinion it did not work.I am please to say that eBay did their best to accommodate me.
