I purchased a tool from a seller in Quebec, Canada on ebay.ca. Ships World Wide. I live in BC, Canada. When I try to check out I get this message "Invalid Postal Code - Can not ship to address - Buyer can not complete payment - Update your shipping address and try again." I request an invoice and select to send a copy to myself, neither the buyer or seller recieve the invoice request. I can only contact the seller through ebay messages. I phoned ebay, they checked all my settings and said the problem is not at my end and I need to check with the seller. I have asked the seller to contact ebay. Ebay won't contact the seller. I now have an item sitting in the cart for over 3 weeks now, constantly reminding me to pay. We are both in Canada, how can this be so difficult for ebay to resolve?
Check Canada Post and see if they actually have your postal code.
Just because the postman calls every day, doesn't mean there can't be a glitch in there someplace.

Also check the seller's postal code, on general principles.
Use the wrong postal code- try your city hall for example.
This will slow things down but the carrier who gets the misaddressed item is supposed to reject it and correct the code (or have some designated employees do it).
And run your postal code through Google Maps. Sometimes you get a surprise.
It's stupid and annoying to have these glitches, but better to get the purchase and complain afterwards.
