Howdy, from Central Alberta.
I have had packets shipped via the eBay International Standard Delivery service. I've found this method to to be more reliable, and cheaper than the GSP. My orders all fall under the $150/$40 threshhold, so shipments are more economical this way.
As to delivery, CP is the last mile carrier so I actually get my order. The GSP uses Intelcom here, so dispach is rather unreliable, to say the least.
