In the past year, the Global Shipping Program has added new Canadian carriers to handle items once they're in Canada, and it appears that these carriers' databases aren't fully integrated with the GSP yet.

You might be able to find out more about your item by entering your UPAA tracking code on one of the Pitney Bowes websites dedicated to GSP tracking:

https://tracking.pb.com OR https://parceltracking.pb.com

There might be a clickable/tapable link below (I think) the item's "progress meter" that's supposed to take you to the carrier's website.  It might even work.

Personally, I don't get too concerned about the whereabouts of my item until the "estimated delivery time" window.  Prior to that, there's really no point in tracking the tracking.

What is the last estimated date for delivery that you were given by eBay?

Put that on your calendar and relax.

If the item has not arrived by then, open an Item Not Received Dispute.

The GSP  is a Seller Protection against unwarranted INR disputes. It has no benefit for the buyer.
