Hi Tyler,
Since August 31st I have gradually lost functions using ebay.ca
I am unable to view my purchase history, order details from my sales, view or reply to messages, and as a buyer I can no longer toggle over photos on listings or add things to watch or wish lists. The drop down under my name is no longer there so I cannot logout either.
As a seller I can no longer list because there are no tabs for me to add photos.
I've done all the basic IT stuff such as clearing cache, cookies etc. I'm wondering if maybe ebay is doing some maintenance behind the scenes?

I recently opened a store and cannot access it through most methods.
I get "this store does not exist" when searching it, when trying to access from seller hub. The only way I can reliably access it is from my profile screen or clicking visit store from one of my detailed listings.

Hi @edubb101 - we definitely do some behind-the-scenes work but nothing that should be impacting you this severely.
The only other thing I'd encourage you to try is a different browser (if you haven't already).

Hi @ericsells75 - this is an interesting one, how recently did you open the store? I ask because certain aspects of the subscription can take longer than others to fully update (for instance, it can take up to 7 days for your personalized store categories to load the first time).
If you opened your store more than a week ago please consider contacting CS to have them review this further.
