Paybright

I applied to the paybright  virtual card and got approved, i payed for an item with the virtual card and the purchase got approved, but i have not gotten an email from paybright telling me how much i am going to pay monthly etc,I have used paybright a couple of times before and you get an email from paybright right after the purchase

the email includes your username and password, so that you can see how many monthly payments you have left to pay

could someone help me please?thanks

Paybright is separate from eBay so there probably aren't many people here that are familiar with it.  You might be best to contact Paybright.  When did you make the purchase? Perhaps it takes a couple days for the information to flow from eBay to Paybright?  Does the item show when you look at your eBay purchase history?

Did you check your email junk box just in case it decided to go there?
