Cancel Transaction

Hi all, Buyer asked to cancel transaction. Filed a Cancel Transaction request in order to receive Final Value Fee Credit. No response from the buyer after I waited 8 days. Unable to open an Unpaid Item Dispute after filing Cancel Transaction. Could someone please tell me where to look so I can close the case myself??!! I've looked everywhere but cannot seem to find it. Thanks in advance for your help!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

All I know is you close the cancellation request to get yer fees back. You cannot open a second case, only one.

The time period has to be exactly 7 days to the hour it was filed. So it may look like 8 calendar days by date but still be a couple of hours short. Check the hour min the case was started and the date. Or wait for 9 calendar days to pass and if it still does not let you cancecl, then call eBay support.
