Having major issues with images for .com listings. Both show in Turbo lister but only 1 seems to upload to Ebay.

I can muck around with TL, delete all images, readd, synchronize, and both images will be on the listing.

I am trying to revise the images on my .com listings on the .com site manually, because for some reason many of my 2nd images are missing, and when I try to revise images on the .com site, it says uploading, shows 0% and never changes at all. Nothing uploads.

Any one that uses the .com site have any suggestions?

Do I need to set up seller hub on .com?

I've been having problems with dotCOM revisions too.

It this case, when I try to relist, sell similar or revise a single listing, the page shows me a blank box and a blue REVISE button.

That won't move from there.

I have found that I can relist multiple items, but that doesn't allow me to revise descriptions, which is usually what I want to do.

I am wondering if somewhere down the road they will eliminate being able to list on .com unless you go through the seller hub on .com.

Do you use seller hub on .com?

I don't use the seller hub on .com.

I do list on auctiva but I tend to do revisions and relists on ebay. However I don't usually do anything with images on ebay.

I think that a lot of problems are caused by a change to xx which ends up unintentionally affected x and xxx and so on.

I am just getting sick and tired of all the continual issues between the 2 sites and the hours I have been spending fixing them.

I have another 125 listings with 1 image on .com that need to be fixed. I have to find them on TL, go in, remove the 1 image, reset TL, add both images, and synchronize when done.

I have sent Tyler a private message to see what he can figure out and why revisions don't work on .com..

I spent over an hour on the phone talking to various people about the revision issue. One thing I was told is if you use a 3rd party lister, revisions should be done on the 3rd party listing site to prevent conflicts.

They have quite a few different listing forms as well as seller hub. They added me to seller hub and made no difference.

They then on the .com site reverted me back to what I think was the classic lister and I am now able to do revisions on the .com site.

You may want to call CS and see if doing that will fix your revision issues.
