If my item sells, can I purchase a privacy upgrade to hide the listing details?

You can't hide the actual listing from view. It will stay on ebay for about 90 days. When you list, you can make the listing private so that any bidders are listed as 'private' and if your buyer leaves you feedback, there will be no information showing about the listing on your feedback page.

It's probably pointless these days to list a private listing since buyer's IDs are masked and we can no longer find out what a person has purchased.
