Is there something that replaces small packet ground?

I was wondering if there was a Canda post service that replaces small packet ground for International?  I asked the post office they barely know what I am talking about, and small packet air is almost as expensive as expedited.  I usually use expedited through paypal because of the discount, but for packages 1kg and smaller, small packet ground to the USA was so much cheaper.  I went to the Canada post website and could not find anything there either.  Also most time when I try to use small packet air at paypal, I get an error message stating to try again later, so I have to go to the post office now for this service, and it's just too time consuming for me.  Printing out my own labels is so much faster and easier.

There's not a replacement.There is a new service for some countries called tracked packet but that is even more expensive than small packet air.

Paypal...when you get an error message try refreshing the page or try clicking the button again that caused the error. It works almost every time for me.

The replacement for Small Packet GROUND is Small Packet AIR

They tried Small Packet UNDERGROUND but it was REALLY slow.
